PRP Softball is led by Katie Johnson, former Big 10 and Big 12 pitcher, who specializes in training pitchers to develop movement patterns and their pitch arsenal. PRP Softball will have the same foundations of player development as PRP Baseball. All athletes will be assessed, have data tracked, provide video analysis, and build up sustainable on-field performance.
PRP Spring Training
Softball Spring Training is a 6-week program that meets twice a week to develop physical strength, arm conditioning, movement patterns, and sport-specific power. This program is not limited to just pitchers, as the training focuses on throwing mechanics along with rotational power which plays at all positions.
