Winter PRP is a 10 week off-season program that takes a complete approach to preparing you for the spring season. In addition to the 10 weeks, each athlete receives 8 weeks of remote training, over 100 training videos, nutritional guidance, goal setting, mental game development, and PRP gear.
PRP requires an athlete’s full dedication to continuous training regimen to maximize development.

Dates - January 5th - March 10th (10 weeks)
HS Sessions -
Saturday’s - 2-7PM
Sunday’s - 3-7PM
Monday’s - 7-8:30PM, 7:30-9PM
Tuesday’s - 7-8:30PM, 7:30-9PM
Wednesday’s - 5-6PM
*Athletes will choose times they can attend. More details will come upon registration to reserve weekly sessions. Times subject to change.
Cost - $729
Includes - 10 week training program plus 8 weeks of remote training with daily workout regimen, PRP T-Shirt, Video Analysis, Nutritional Guidance, goal setting, mental game development, and data assessments.
