Summer PRP Membership

Our Summer Membership is a month to month training program for ages 13-18 looking to continue developing and prioritizing health through summer season.

Why? Most injuries in summer come from a lack of training and preparation. Performance suffers and results decline. To avoid the mid-year fatigue and bad habits, let’s attack key principles to maintain performance on the field.

This membership includes on-site and remote programming to keep you performing and improving throughout the summer season.

Each week includes up to 3 workout offerings in our semi-private format and individualized programming to attack your needs. Membership type expires August 15th.

Offerings: 3 sessions per week offered around 12pm

Youth PRP June Sports Performance

Details: Build your engine with this sports performance class focusing on strength, power, speed, and mobility.  Technique and age appropriate exercises will be a key focus in these competitive group workouts.

Ages: 9-14

When: Monday's 4pm in June

Cost: $175 (7 sessions), $40 per session, or $32.50 per for 3 sessions
